The Princess and the Pea

The Princess and the Pea was just as a I heard it when I was little. A prince wanted a real princess and a woman came to their door during a storm and claimed to be one. So the queen stuck a pea underneath 20 mattresses to test her. Only a true princess would feel the pea.

The Emperor’s New Suit is about two men who trick the emperor into giving them more money. They tell him only the best can see this fine cloth and if they cannot they are not worthy. They would show him nothing and the emperor would refuse to believe he could not see it so he gave them more money.

There were twenty-five tin soldiers that all looked exactly alike except for one. The makers had run out of tin so the last one only had one leg. Boys that were playing found the soldier who had fallen over and made  a boat out of newspaper for him. He ended up with a little dancer, but she was burned by a fire.

The Wicked Prince is about an evil prince who wants to rule the world and he did it by ruling with fear. He lit the lands on fire and destroyed anything that anyone else had. He took all the wealth from the lands he invaded and brought it home.

He started wars and won them all. He is threatened with the Power of God and says he will defeat God too.  God then sent out gnats and one snuck into he Prince’s ear and got him.

The Little Match-Seller was a sad story of a girl looking to stay warm on new year’s. She froze to death but saw her grandmother
